So my youngest son Cole, 5 yrs old, has had a wiggly tooth for a pretty long time just refusing to pull it out. It was one of the ones on the top front. Yesterday is had gotten to an extreme snaggle situtaion. The child looked like something was wrong with him. He would close his mouth and the tooth would be poking through his lips-gross. Still, he refused to pull it. So everytime i wiggled it I purposely loosened it more. We did a little shopping yesterday with the boys and went to Taco Bell for lunch. Cole was eating his soft taco and ever time he bit into it that tooth got a little bit more snaggely ( if thats a word . By the end of his first taco- he usually eats 2- it was bleeding a little bit. Justin and i tried not to make a big deal but told him if he kept eating with out pulling the tooth he would end up swalling the tooth and then the tooth fairy wouldn't be able to take his tooth. He starts crying and was afraid it was going to hurt to pull it even though Irey told him it didn't hurt- I pulled Irey's tooth before too. So i took him to the bathroom to have a talk with him. I sat him on the sink and wiggled it while he cried. I told him if he kept on crying i would pull it, he kept crying, i grabbed the tooth and pulled. tooth removed. no pain. no blood- well a tiny bit. Cole didn't even know the tooth was gone until i showed it to him. Then we got a little wet paper towel in his mouth and left the bathroom.....only to findo ut that everyone in the dining area could hear Cole crying and screaming. Who knows what they thought i was doing to him lol, now he's toothless and looking so cute. I will take pictures today to post. He spent the night with Ms Ann last night so I hope the tooth fairy remembered to come over there!
