Getting back to blogging

Well, as most of you know i was laid off on the day of my last blog. i haven't really been online since then very much but i do plan to get on here more often. I am a little scared of what is going to happen with us financially but i know everything will work out. I have enjoyed being at home everyday though and have gotten a LOT accomplished in preparation for Carolina's arrival. I have lost my camera somewhere in my house but i have pics from recent events and plan to blog those in the next few days. Hope everyone is doing well :)

Carolina's Nursery Step #1

I am so excited! This past weekend I actually had my husband at home on a saturday! That almost never happens! So instead of being lazy, after going to the ball park for the boys practices, we started in Carolina's nursery. We moved everything (the gear) to a more suitable location and started spakling the walls! Justin spackled the holes and i got out the Mr Clean magic eraser and started cleaning off the scuffs and spots- this room used to be the boys playroom, an office, a scrapbook room, & a guest bedroom- therefore the walls were pretty dirty! After the spackle dried we sanded them down and went to Home Depot and bought the paint! SoOOO excited about that! Tomorrow while i am at work Justin and my father in law, Gary are going to start painting her room! By the time I get home it should be pink!
